My favorite part of the article is the one titled, “The Emotional Connection You Need to Be a Better Worker.” The article is written by a psychologist named Joseph LeDoux, who defines empathy as “the capacity to feel and share the emotions in the presence of stimuli that differ from the feelings and experiences of oneself.

The problem is that this definition is too narrow for the world we live in, I’m really not sure how people who are more empathic are more productive. I think this definition is actually more descriptive of how we do things in the world than of our emotions.

I think it’s important to realize that there is a spectrum of empathy. We all have a range from being too cold-blooded to being too warm-blooded. For example, I’m pretty cold when I’m nervous. And there are times when I’m in a situation where I’m actually warm. And I think that this can be attributed to the fact that I’m human and that I’m not always the same.

The thing about empathic is that it comes from our brain. It comes from our ability to understand another person’s thoughts and feelings. One of the ways that people are more empathic is by learning how to be more empathic. Empathy is more than just understanding another person’s emotions.
